**Responsibilities**:
Applicant Outreach: Conduct proactive outreach efforts to attract potential applicants, including attending college fairs, visiting high schools, organizing information sessions, and utilizing digital marketing strategies to engage with prospective students.

Applicant Evaluation: Evaluate applicants based on established criteria, including academic performance, standardized test scores, extracurricular activities, and personal statements. Assess applicants holistically, considering their potential to contribute to our institution's community and thrive academically.

Admission Policies and Standards: Stay updated on our institution's admission policies, standards, and any changes or updates. Ensure compliance with institutional policies and communicate updates to prospective applicants.

Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with high school counselors, community organizations, and other stakeholders involved in the college admissions process. Collaborate with these individuals and organizations to promote our institution, attend relevant events, and facilitate partnerships.

Recruitment Events: Organize and participate in recruitment events, such as open houses, campus tours, and admission events. Prepare and deliver presentations, coordinate logistics, and engage with prospective students to showcase the unique offerings of our institution.

Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect and analyze data related to admission trends, applicant demographics, and enrollment statistics. Generate reports to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies, identify areas for improvement, and support decision-making processes.

Pay: From AED2,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
