**Job Summary**:
The **Finance Manager** is responsible for overseeing and managing all financial aspects of the company, including financial planning, analysis, budgeting, and cost management. The role will focus on ensuring the financial health of the organization while aligning financial strategies with the company's goals. With at least 10 years of financial experience, preferably in the food and beverage industry, the Finance Manager will play a key role in driving business decisions, improving financial performance, and maintaining strong financial controls.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Financial Planning and Analysis**:

- Develop and manage financial plans, forecasts, and budgets.
- Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual financial performance reviews, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Provide detailed financial analysis on sales, revenue, and costs to assist in decision-making.
- Support strategic initiatives through financial modeling, scenario planning, and ROI analysis.
- **Cost Control and Inventory Management**:

- Implement and monitor effective cost control measures to optimize profitability.
- Analyze cost structures, including raw materials, labor, and overhead, to ensure competitive pricing and profitability.
- Work closely with operations to manage inventory levels, reduce waste, and improve operational efficiency.
- **Budgeting**:

- Lead the preparation and consolidation of annual budgets for the entire food and beverage business.
- Track and analyze budget variances, providing recommendations to optimize financial performance.
- Collaborate with department heads to ensure budgets are realistic and aligned with operational goals.
- **Financial Reporting**:

- Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal financial policies.
- Report to senior management on financial performance and suggest corrective measures where needed.
- **Costing and Pricing Analysis**:

- Ensure accurate product costing, including all elements such as raw materials, labor, and overhead.
- Review and optimize pricing strategies for food and beverage offerings based on cost analysis and market conditions.
- Analyze profit margins and recommend adjustments to improve overall profitability.
- **Cash Flow and Working Capital Management**:

- Manage company’s cash flow to ensure the availability of funds to meet operational requirements.
- Optimize working capital, focusing on inventory turnover, accounts payable, and accounts receivable cycles.
- **Financial Compliance and Risk Management**:

- Ensure compliance with all relevant financial and tax regulations.
- Develop and maintain internal financial controls to safeguard company assets and mitigate risks.
- Oversee external audits and work closely with auditors to ensure accurate reporting.
- **Team Leadership**:

- Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, ensuring professional development and continuous improvement.
- Foster a culture of accountability and financial discipline across the company.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, procurement, and marketing, to support business growth and performance.
- **System and Process Improvement**:

- Continuously improve financial systems, processes, and tools to enhance accuracy, reporting efficiency, and control measures.
- Implement new technologies or financial software that improve the finance function.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; a Master's degree (e.g., MBA) is preferred.
- **Professional Certification**: CPA, CMA, or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 10 years of financial management experience, with at least 5 years in the food and beverage or catering industry.
- **Industry Knowledge**: Deep understanding of food and beverage costing, inventory management, and operational finance is essential.
- **Software Proficiency**: Advanced knowledge of financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems) and strong Excel skills.
- **Analytical Skills**: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
- **Leadership Skills**: Proven leadership experience with a track record of managing and developing teams.
