**Cpl Healthcare **is delighted to be partnered with a leading private Cork city based hospital to recruit experienced **Theatre nurses** for a brand new cardiac theatre in line with the development of a cardiothoracic service and intensive care unit. The hospital currently has 65 inpatient rooms and multiple outpatient services and is continually undergoing expansion including the delivery of their new cardiothoracic service and ICU in 2024.

**To be considered for the role, interested applicants are required to meet the following criteria**:

- Registered general nurse in the process of registering with or on the live register with the NMBI
- International nurses with NMBI Decision Letters will also be considered
- Three years post qualification experience with a minimum of 1 years recent and relevant experience in a large hospital theatre setting
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrable commitment to patient safety and quality
- Ability to work in a dynamic and intense environment that requires quick thinking and excellent analytical and assessment skills
- Ability to work on their own initiative and to be self motivated
