**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Design and produce high-quality marketing materials such as brochures, banners, advertisements, digital content, and project presentations.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to create visual content that effectively communicates the company’s brand and project offerings.
- Develop and maintain visual consistency across all marketing channels, including social media, websites, and print materials.
- Work closely with the project and development teams to create designs for hoardings, signage, and other site-specific materials.
- Prepare and present design concepts to the management team, incorporating feedback and suggestions as necessary.
- Ensure that all designs adhere to the company’s branding guidelines and reflect the high standards of Acube Real Estate Development.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques to ensure that the company’s materials are fresh, modern, and effective.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining a high standard of quality.
- Coordinate with external vendors and printers to ensure the accurate and timely production of printed materials.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience as a graphic designer, preferably in the real estate or property development sector.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects, including digital and print design.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Knowledge of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
- Experience in creating marketing collateral specific to the real estate industry is a plus.
- Photography and video editing skills are an advantage.
