Inspector - Landscape - O&m

- esponsible for the supervision of landscape maintenance scope for all landscape packages. M
- ust be capable of managing a program of integrated landscape works with multiple stakeholders and project partners. R
- esponsible for managing the Landscape Service Providers' performance and adherence to budget and schedule. R
- eviews and/or prepares and issues specifications, data sheets, and other landscapes. D
- ocuments as necessary. R
- esponsible for reviewing & updating as-built drawings of all landscape-related matters. A
- ssist in preparing RFPS for service providers regarding all landscape packages. W
- orks with the Service providers to define workable landscape solutions as required for maintenance & operation. C
- onducts periodic inspections to determine if landscape works have been done per contract specifications. P
- repares periodic special reports summarizing landscape issues related to maintenance activities for review and approval. R
- esponsible for following up on instructions and commitments associated with landscape maintenance activities.

B
- achelor's Degree or Diploma in Landscape Engineering or equivalent is required. 5
- + years of experience in the landscape field. R
- elevant experience on FM O&M projects is required. S
- imilar technical qualifications and similar substantial work experience will also be considered. E
- xcellent communication and computer skills. E
- xcellent command of the English Language. T
