**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare, analyze, and interpret tender documents, contracts, and specifications.
- Develop and maintain accurate Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for high-rise building projects.
- Estimate and monitor project costs throughout the entire project lifecycle, from inception to completion.
- Identify, analyze, and prepare variation orders and claims for cost overruns.
- Conduct cost control activities to ensure project stays within budget.
- Manage and maintain project cost databases and reporting systems.
- Prepare cost reports and forecasts for senior management review.
- Attend and participate in project meetings to provide cost-related feedback and advice.
- Identify and manage project risks related to cost and schedule.
- Manage and mentor junior quantity surveyors within the team.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest construction industry practices and standards in Dubai.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 10 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in a construction consultancy or contracting firm.
- Proven experience in high-rise building projects is essential.
- A recognized bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field (RICS qualification a plus).
- Strong understanding of FIDIC contracts and local UAE construction contract forms.
- Excellent proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and relevant cost estimating software (e.g., CCS CostX, Synchro, Planswift).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
