**About The Role**

Head Captain is a role on Assistant Manager grade where primary expectation is to deliver exceptional standard of service and provide specialist advice to guests and colleagues by demonstrating deep knowledge of Nobu food and beverage items. You will drive the training needs based on the Nobu sequence of service in relations to the brand standard and have flawless understanding of guest needs and expectations. As Head Captain in Nobu you will provide hands on support to the Restaurant Assistant General Manager and assistance to colleagues in order to ensure that the highest levels of service and courtesy are provided to our guests.
