**Position Overview**:As an E-commerce Administrator, you will be managing and optimizing our online retail platform. Your responsibilities will include overseeing product listings, inventory management, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers. This position is crucial for driving sales and maintaining a user-friendly online store.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Listing Management**:Upload, update, and maintain product listings on the e-commerce website.
Ensure accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing.

**Inventory Control**:Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.
Implement effective inventory replenishment strategies.

**Order Processing**:Process customer orders promptly and accurately.
Coordinate with fulfillment teams for order fulfillment and shipping.

**Customer Support**:Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide support.
Address customer reviews and ratings to maintain a positive online reputation.

Pay: AED2,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Al Quoz: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
