Front Office Executive with Social Media Marketing

**Primary Responsibilities**:
Greet and welcome guests and visitors.

Ensure reception area, pantry and office premises are tidy and presentable.

Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries.

**Social Media Responsblities**:
Oversee all the company's social media accounts.

Manage and improve online content, considering SEO and Google Analytics.

Good knowledge of all different digital marketing channels

Good knowledge and experience with online marketing tools and best practices

hands-on experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics

**Requirements**:
2+ years' experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or digital marketing

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Hands-on experience with office equipment

Professional attitude and appearance

Solid written and verbal communication skills in English

Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills

Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks

Customer service attitude

**Work location** Ras al Khaimah
