We are looking for a dynamic, hardworking & creative person who will be responsible for designing & crafting various balloon sculptures & decorations for events, parties & special occasions.

The primary goal is to bring Joy & Excitement to our clients & event attendees through the use of balloons. This role involves both artistic skills & the ability to interact with clients to understand their preferences & requirements.
- **Responsibilities**:_
- **Design & Create Balloon Art**: Create visually appealing balloon sculptures, arches, centerpieces, and other decorations based on client specifications or event themes.
- **Events Planning**: Organize, plan & execute events, parties and special occasions for companies or individuals.
- **Client Consultation**: Communicate with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and event requirements. Provide recommendations and creative input to enhance the overall balloon decor.
- **Set Up and Installation**: Safely install & set up balloon arrangements at event venues. Ensure that installations are secure & visually appealing.
- **Inventory Management**: Manage & organize balloon supplies & equipment. Keep track of inventory levels & order supplies as needed.
- **On-Site Management**: Oversee the setup, coordination, and breakdown of events on the day of the celebration. Ensure that everything runs according to plan.
- **Requirements**:_
- **Artistic Skills**: Proficient in balloon twisting, shaping, and decorating. Ability to create a variety of balloon art designs.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent communication & interpersonal skills to effectively understand and meet client expectations.
- **Attention to Detail**: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure the quality and precision of balloon art creations.
- **Flexibility**: Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by event schedules.
- **Customer Service**: Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
- **Experience**:_
- Previously worked in UAE or GCC is **PLUS**.
- At least 2 Years of related experience.
- **Preferably** Female below 35 Years.
- English Language is a **MUST**.

**Salary**: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
