Job Opportunity: Chief Specialist - Safety & Risk Regulation and Planning

Location: Dubai

As the Chief Specialist, you will be the go-to authority in planning and executing policies, frameworks, and legislations within the Safety & Risk Regulation and Planning Department. Your expertise will contribute to the development of activities, ensuring excellence in organizations operations.

Key Accountabilities:
Provide technical advice and assistance to the Director and Management Team.

Participate in strategic reviews and endorse changes to policies, systems, and obligations.

Lead emergency and crisis response efforts, providing crucial technical feedback.

Facilitate Judicial Control Officer duties in line with Executive Council Resolutions and Railway laws.

Conduct safety inspections and audits, advising on necessary safety obligations.

Collaborate with technology and operations departments to ensure alignment and harmony.

Promote innovation and contribute to departmental initiatives.

Critical Competencies:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil / Mechanical / Chemical / Railway / Computer Science) or Master's degree in.

10+ years of related working experience.

Professional certification in HSE / Risk Management / Crisis & Business Continuity

Fluent in Arabic

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
