Customer Service Representative

**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer support and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves handling customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues, and providing guidance and support to customers.

**Qualifications**
- Customer Service Representatives and Customer Support experience
- Excellent customer service, customer experience, and customer satisfaction skills
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English and Hindi
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus
- Experience in the technology or software industry is a plus

In this Role, you’ll get to:

- Professionally handle high volume of inquiries from clients and customers
- You will be accountable for meeting individual (KPIs) and team goals
- Understand and deliver business strategies and improve customer services through the execution of self-service
- Continuously identify work process improvements
- Communicate to Team Leaders and (or) Manager
- Perform office-based administrative duties whenever required
- Must demonstrate high degree of integrity and confidentiality - Maintain confidentiality of customer information at all times
- Take ownership of issues and concerns of customers, including operational issues.

Note: immediate joining is a must

**Salary**: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- customer service: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Hindi (required)
