**About the role**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure proper storage and handling of inventory items.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records.
- Conduct regular stock checks and audits to ensure accuracy.
- Identify and resolve any discrepancies in inventory records.
- Utilize attendance management software to track and record employee attendance.
- Generate attendance reports from attendance machine and identify patterns or issues.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all transactions and inventory movements.
- Prepare and manage documents related to shipping, receiving, and inventory.
- Ensure proper filing and archiving of all documentation.
- Prepare and submit regular manpower reports to management.
- Track and report on workforce allocation and utilization.
- Monitor labor efficiency and productivity.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in inventory management or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience as a storekeeper or in a similar role.
- Experience in joinery and soft furnishings would be an advantage.
- Proficiency in using attendance management software and inventory management systems.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
