Gmat-gre-sat Trainer

Lead a full training course based on Amideast standards, in order to improve students’ skills and to prepare them for more advanced level of the courses area.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Create the course plan and to ensure that the course flow stays orderly.
- Create the lesson plan for students that will teach students the skills they need.
- To demonstrate excellent classroom management skills, online training skills, planning skills, interpersonal skills.
- Design, develop and maintain test preparation materials and scoring practice tests.
- Implementing the right methodology and style in conducting the classes for the students
- Track student progress and submit reports to the Program Manager as per the Amideast timeline
- Monitor students' progress & achievements to ensure score improvement.
- Conduct the assessment plan as per Amideast’s Monitoring and Evaluation standards to assess improvement and learning gains among students
- Maintain and complete the student attendance sheet on daily bases
- Deliver teaching hours as per the course agenda without any changes to the start and end time unless agreed to by Amideast
- Answering student questions based on reliable scientific reference
- Demonstrate a strong ability to improve students' test scores.
- Working with each student/aspirant closely to understand their knowledge gap and helping them close it by conducting various exercises

**QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS**

**_Required_**
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field/industry, and a knowledge base in Mathematics.
- Minimum 4 years demonstrated experience in teaching for GRE, GMAT quantitative sections &, SAT math section.
- Excellent presentation skills and oral/communication skills appropriate.
- Comfortable working with students of different levels
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills **WORK ENVIRONMENT**

The incumbent in this position will work in a professional office environment and will utilize the following equipment when working from the corporate office or remote home office
- Computer (laptop or desktop)
- Printer/Photocopier/Scanner/Fax
- Telephone
