**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage the supply chain operations for the hampers vertical, including procurement, inventory management, and order fulfilment.
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing of materials for hampers.
- Coordinate with logistics partners to optimize transportation and distribution of hampers, ensuring on-time delivery and cost efficiency.
- Implement and monitor effective tracking systems for inbound and outbound shipments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors, negotiating contracts, and ensuring compliance with quality and delivery standards.
- Evaluate vendor performance regularly and identify opportunities for improvement or cost savings.
- Establish and enforce quality control processes for hampers, ensuring that all products meet the company's standards and customer expectations.
- Work closely with quality assurance teams to address and resolve any issues related to product quality.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of supply chain operations within the hampers vertical.
- Analyze data and key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and customer service, to align supply chain activities with overall business goals.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless flow of information across departments.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field. Masters degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in supply chain management, preferably in a hampers or gifting industry.
- Strong understanding of procurement, inventory management, and logistics.
- Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data for decision-making.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
