**RECRUITMENT NOTICE OF AN ACCOUNTING AT MASA PSP**

As part of the international development of the MASA PSP Group, as well as in the implementation of the international development of its activities, the MASA PSP Group is organizing the recruitment of an accounting in Dubai, to provide accounting to the Group's Administrative and Financial Department at its Dubai office.

**General missions and Objectives of the Position**
- Maintain the general and/or analytical accounts and check the consistency of the accounting documents produced;
- Control and validate all of the Group's accounting operations;
- Carry out monthly depreciation and revaluation operations;
- Accounting for special operations (capital increase, etc.);
- Manage fixed assets;
- Prepare periodic reports to local authorities;
- Supervise all corrections made to accounting transactions by the accounting staff;
- Continuously update the Group's fixed asset inventory in the accounting software;
- Calculate and complete monthly and annual tax returns;
- Establish the monthly or quarterly social declarations and the annual summaries;
- Follow-up on cash flow with the subsidiaries' accountants and/or the subsidiaries' administrative and financial departments;
- Make payments and/or receipts, and manage oppositions;
- Maintain relations with financial partners and control bodies;
- Participate, in conjunction with management control, in the financial, statistical and budgetary analysis of the Group;
- To file and enter commercial and asset data in the accounting software;
- Record accounting transactions in the accounting books.
- Prepares summary documents: income statements, account balances, operating or income statements, balance sheets, and so on, which will be verified by the certified public accountant;
- Follow the processing of customer and supplier invoices;
- Draw up a monthly statement of the company's accounting situation;
- Establish the staff's pay slips, tax and social declarations;
- Follow up customers who have not paid their invoices;
- Participate in internal and external audits and other tasks defined by the Head of Finance Department
- All other missions requested by the General Management;
- Ensure the achievement of qualitative, quantitative, organizational and financial objectives in terms of product and/or service purchases;
- Optimize the control of overhead costs;
- Optimize the security of the Group's employees and assets;
- Ensure the validity and integrity of accounting data;
- Ensure the articulation of accounting databases, in coordination with the Information Systems Manager;
- Produce reliable monthly financial statements that reflect a true and fair view of the Group's assets and activities;
- Secure the accounting systems through a well-organized internal control system.

**Education and Experience**:

- Master’s degree in Accounting, Financial Management, Finance and Banking, Economics and Management Control.
- A minimum of 24 months’ experience in an accounting position would be an asset.
- Proven experience in the Finance and Administration Department of a Fintech, Bank or Financial Institution would be an asset.
