Position: BPO Trainer

Location: Dubai, UAE

Experience: Minimum 3-4 years of experience in BPO industry.

**Role Overview**:As a BPO Trainer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering comprehensive training programs that equip our customer service representatives with the knowledge and skills needed to excel in their roles. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality training that aligns with our company's values, objectives, and client requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop training modules, materials, and resources that cover a range of topics, including product knowledge, communication skills, customer interaction techniques, and soft skills.
- Conduct engaging training sessions, workshops, and role-playing exercises to onboard new hires and upskill existing team members.
- Monitor trainee performance and provide constructive feedback to help them improve their skills and meet performance benchmarks.
- Assess training effectiveness through evaluations, feedback, and performance metrics, and continuously refine training programs accordingly.
- Stay updated on industry advancements and incorporate new techniques and technologies into training methodologies.
- Foster a positive and motivating learning environment that encourages team members to reach their full potential.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Education, Communication, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience as a BPO Trainer or in a similar training role within the BPO industry.
- Strong understanding of BPO processes, customer service principles, and industry-specific best practices.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and relatable manner.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with trainees and create an engaging learning atmosphere.
- Proficiency in using training tools, software, and platforms.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to analyze training data and adapt training programs as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
