**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems, fixtures, and appliances, including wiring, switches, outlets, and circuit breakers
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, fixtures, and pipes, including sinks, toilets, faucets, and drainage systems
- Perform electrical and plumbing inspections to identify issues, defects, or potential hazards
- Troubleshoot electrical and plumbing problems and implement appropriate solutions in a timely manner
- Replace or repair defective electrical or plumbing components, such as wires, pipes, fittings, or fixtures
- Install and connect electrical and plumbing appliances, equipment, and devices
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards for electrical and plumbing work
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including materials used, labor hours, and service reports
- Provide estimates for electrical and plumbing projects and recommend upgrades or improvements to clients
- Communicate effectively with clients to explain repair or installation procedures, answer questions, and address concerns

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a vocational or technical training program in electrical or plumbing trades is preferred
- Proven experience as an Electrician and/or Plumber, with a minimum of [X] years of hands-on experience in both fields
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring diagrams, and plumbing systems, including their components, functions, and operation
- Proficiency in using electrical and plumbing tools, equipment, and diagnostic instruments
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
