**POSITION PURPOSE**
- The Visual Merchandising Coordinator contributes to the development and implementation of the Visual Merchandising (VM) strategy to ensure the profitable growth of the brand through design and development of innovative VM tools and standards.

The VM Coordinator helps more senior VM staff to manage VM projects and develop VM tools.
- **ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES**

VM implementation
- Assist in the creation of VM that customers will find attractive and appealing, reflecting the brand image and increasing sales.
- Work closely with product development to develop powerful VM concepts for new products/ranges
- Assist in VM Training sessions for retail staff as required

VM tools
- Contribute to the conceptualization of new VM elements to enhance the retail environment
- Prepare guidelines for all launch and promotional campaigns for the retail team
- Work with Design and Marketing to create the most impactful monthly campaigns possible
- Assist in sourcing up necessary VM equipment and tools in the most cost effective way
- Develop product display elements for all brand categories
- Create POS for any promos/price changes
- Propose new planogram options for stands and bays as required
- Review VM manuals on a quarterly basis and update according to requirements
- Review Fittings and Fixtures list on a monthly basis and update according to requirements
- Communicate POS size requirements to Marketing team
- Brief Creative team for creative execution of VM tools
- Ensure that all language and image requirements for display material are met for all markets

Stores
- Help in implementing changes to planograms and Style File
- Work with relevant departments to ensure smooth phase in / out of visual elements in stores
- Act as liaison with stores to meet their needs regarding POS (missing/damaged items)
- Propose order quantity requirements for key product launches based on VM plans
- Provide VM support to existing and future franchise markets
- Ensure that the VM Manager signs off on all new store openings

**QUALIFICATIONS\REQUIREMENTS**:

- University degree (in visual merchandising a plus)
- Excellent English
- A minimum of 3-4 years experience in a visual merchandising role ( Experienced in UAE Toys Retail industry Preferred )
- Proficient in following software a plus
- Microsoft Office
- AutoCAD
- Photo Shop
- Adobe CCS2
- Willingness to travel
- Experience in implementing guidelines or layouts for stores, windows
- VM experience in similar fields or competitive industries

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
