Jumbo Electronics is looking for an enthusiastic _**Junior Customer Service and Sales Representative (**_**Arabic**_ _**Speakers) **_to join our company.

Fresh graduates with no working experience are welcome to apply.**Responsibilities**:_:

- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Communicating with customers through various channels.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- **Compensation and Benefits**:_
- **Salary**_ - AED 2250 per month
- **Incentives**:_
- Monthly Incentive - Based on Monthly Sales Achievement
- Annual Retention Bonus - Based on accumulated Annual Sales Achievement
- **Benefits**_:

- Employment visa under limited contract as per UAE Labour law
- Medical Insurance for self
- Air ticket allowance once in every completed 2 years of Service
- 30 days of Annual Leave every completed year
- All other leaves as per UAE Labour Law
- Gratuity as per UAE Labour Law
