Looking for an **Arabic Female** Listing coordinator:

- **Arabic / English speaking and writing**:

- Salary + Commission
- Minimum **6 months Experience **in Abu Dhabi Real Estate Market
- Making calls to generate leads and availability
- Contacting landlords and owners of the properties of assigned areas to determine availabilities
- Compiling property data such as surveys and summary reports
- Finding potential clients and listing properties on different portals
- Assisting the sales agents in closing the deals and arranging to view etc
- Preparing offers and sales agreements
- Understanding the mortgage process and other services
- Assisting clients with the whole transaction

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Real Estate Listing: 1 year (preferred)
