**Responsibilities**
- To handle customers in a professional way as per the standards set to ensure that every interaction with the customer is a quality experience for the customer.
- To understanding & attending to special needs of customers in a timely fashion in order to meet and exceed customer expectations
- To monitor & Control on customer hold time, receipts, and delivery and service collections.
- To collecting cash from customers on repairs and reconciling the same by the end of the day with no discrepancy
- Arrange all received shipments on a priority - FIFO sort which will ensure that the shipments are being identified and tracked in accordance with the service plan
- Preserve, handle and transport customer property under controlled and specified conditions to ensure that there is no damage or loss of customer property
- Minimise all job card errors and discrepancies which will assure clarity and parity in external customer information that are being communicated to the internal customer

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:

- Only define the skills, knowledge and experience specific to the job in question - generic skills will be completed later
- Preferably Degree or equivalent in any field
- Minimum of 1 year experience in customer relations/customer service in a reputed company.
- Fluency in English & knowledge of Arabic is an added advantage.
- Good communication skill written & oral.
