3D Generalist

**Job Summary**:
As a 3D Generalist, you will play a key role in our creative team, contributing to the development and production of various visual assets and projects. You will be responsible for utilizing your expertise in 3D modeling, animation, texturing, lighting, and rendering to bring concepts and designs to life. Your ability to work across multiple disciplines and collaborate with different team members will be crucial in creating visually stunning and engaging content.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- 3D Modeling: Create high-quality 3D models and assets using industry-standard software to match artistic concepts and project requirements.
- Animation: Develop animations that bring characters, objects, and environments to life, ensuring smooth and realistic movements.
- Lighting and Rendering: Set up lighting and rendering setups to achieve visually striking and appealing scenes, emphasizing mood and atmosphere.
- Collaboration: Work closely with artists, designers, and animators to integrate 3D elements seamlessly into projects, ensuring alignment with the overall creative vision.
- Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to 3D assets, rendering, and integration within the production pipeline.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing and review of 3D content to ensure it meets the required quality standards and specifications.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a 3D Generalist or similar role in a creative or animation studio.
- Proficiency in industry-standard 3D software such as Autodesk Maya, 3ds Max, Cinema 4D, or Blender.
- Character animation abilities
- Strong skills in 3D modeling, texturing, lighting, and rendering.
- Solid understanding of animation principles and techniques.
- Familiarity with rigging and character animation is a plus.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous 3D projects and visual effects work.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
