As an Elementary Homeroom Teacher at Diyar Private Academy Fujairah, you will play a crucial role in fostering a nurturing and supportive learning environment for young students. You will be responsible for ensuring high-quality learning experiences, promoting student engagement, and fostering a love for learning.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Quality of Learning: _Plan and implement engaging and interactive lessons that promote active learning and critical thinking skills. Use assessment data to track student progress and tailor instruction accordingly._

2. Conditions for Learning: _Establish positive relationships with students and parents to create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment. Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a safe and conducive learning environment._

3. Developing Learning in and beyond the Classroom: _Provide constructive feedback to students to support their academic and personal growth. Celebrate student achievements and share examples of outstanding learning with colleagues._

4. Evaluating Learning: _Implement assessment strategies to monitor student learning and progress. Reflect on teaching practices and participate in professional development opportunities to enhance instructional effectiveness._

5. Evaluating Curriculum and Assessment: _Contribute to the review and enhancement of the elementary curriculum based on student learning data. Provide guidance and support to colleagues in curriculum implementation and assessment practices._

6. Professional Development: _Continuously strive to improve teaching practices and pedagogical skills. Collaborate with fellow educators to develop and implement peer professional development programs._

**Qualifications**:

- Qualified Teacher Status or Certification in respective country (with attestation and equivalency)
- MOE Approval
- Degree and relevant Post Graduate qualification

- Strong understanding of elementary education principles and practices
- Commitment to professional development and continuous improvement
