Administers large deployments of Exchange environments and messaging systems, including MS Active Sync (hand held devices), Active Directory, IIS, Spam/Anti-virus filtering, and Clustering
- Configuration, support and administration of Exchange 2010/2013, Active Directory, Windows Server 2016/2019 Datacenter, SQL 2016/2019, and Microsoft SharePoint technologies
- Analyses technical problems and creates solutions involving the use of existing techniques or tools
- Perform on-site technical support for Microsoft Exchange 2016/2019
- Monitor Microsoft server performance, run routine server diagnostic tests, perform and monitor system backups, and perform cluster failovers
- Monitor Exchange message queues, resolve non-deliveries, and perform message tracking and record status/findings in daily operations log
- Create user accounts and mailboxes
- Perform mailbox moves and restores
- Troubleshoot DNS Service and DNS resolution issues
- Assist in management and support of internal and external DNS systems
- Act as a member of the Windows Active Directory Domain Administrator Support Team in providing timely and efficient support to assigned operations
- Troubleshoot Active Directory authentication and LDAP configuration issues
- Configure and support DNS for new domain
- Work with other senior staff members to resolve escalated, complex incidents
- Continually seek opportunities to improve our existing AD and Exchange architecture

**Salary**: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Internet City: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (preferred)
