Responsible for the maintenance of clean and sanitary kitchen areas by supervising stewarding employees, and to fully work in Stewarding in areas and times of responsibility
- Allocates the steward team to their areas, and updates on any special cleaning requirements
- Sets up structured cleaning schedules for all areas of the organization and handles accordingly
- Guarantees that the stewarding team has access to all accessible resources and that the upkeep of this equipment is managed.
- Adheres to up on assignments and ensures that tasks are performed on time and to a high standard.
- Strictly adhere to HACCP requirements and regulations, as well as Dubai Municipality processes and practices.
**Salary**: AED1,500.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
