**InterContinental Dubai Marina** is a Five Star luxury hotel in the heart of Dubai Marina with 328 rooms and residence suites, flexible event space and restaurants & bars. With over 30 languages and countries represented by the staff, the hotel weaves together an international five star presence.

Your duties will be including but not limited to
- Providing full secretarial and administrative support to the F&B team
- Prepare, compile, edit and issue various reports and presentations as required
- Fostering positive working relationships; and liaising with different departments for meeting arrangements, bookings, various tasks, and projects.
- Exercising complete confidentiality and diplomacy

Ideally, you'll have some or all the following qualifications and experience we're looking for:

- Minimum of two years’ experience in a similar role where experience has been gained in all aspects of administrative and secretarial work
- Knowledge of MS Office, particularly excel worksheet where strong formatting skills would be a distinct advantage
- The ability to handle multiple assignments, planning and decision making skills
- A self-motivated, confident, and professional individual
- Well-developed written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
