**Job brief**

Looking for an Accounts asst who has 2 TO 3 years of experience with working knowledge of accounting field, VAT filing, ZOHO software / TALLY ERP with admin experience and should have worked for perfume and cosmetics companies only.

You should be capable of provide with accurate quantitative information on financial position, liquidity and cash flows of our business, while ensuring we’re compliant with all tax regulations.

**Responsibilities**
- **Software knowledge of SAP / tally / ERP is mandatory.**:

- Manage all accounting transactions.
- Prepare budget forecasts.
- Publish financial statements in time.
- Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings.
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
- Ensure timely bank payments.
- Compute taxes and prepare tax returns
- Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
- Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity
- Audit financial transactions and documents
- Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
- Comply with financial policies and regulations

**Requirements and skills**
- Minimum 3 years of Work experience as an Accountant in interior fit out for exhibitions company / Logistic / contracting company is mandatory.
- Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including SAP.
- Advanced MS Excel skills.
- Experience with general ledger functions
- Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
- Graduate in Accounting, Finance or relevant degree
- Additional certification (CPA or CMA) is a plus

**Salary**: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
