**ONLY REAL ESTATE BACKGROUND - Title**: Sales Manager - Off Plan Properties - Location: Dubai, UAE KINGDOM Properties are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Dubai. As a Sales Manager for our off-plan team, you will be responsible for managing and leading the sales team to achieve sales targets and grow our customer base. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets - Lead and motivate the sales team to ensure high levels of performance - Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with potential clients - Ensure excellent customer service is provided to all clients - Conduct market research and keep up-to-date with industry trends - Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
