We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Van Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. As a Van Sales Executive, you will be responsible for selling our products directly to customers from our van within designated territories. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong sales acumen, and the ability to build rapport with customers.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Conduct daily sales visits to designated areas, ensuring timely and efficient product delivery and replenishment.

2. Actively seek out new sales opportunities and generate leads to expand customer base.

3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

4. Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective sales strategies and negotiation techniques.

5. Provide product information, pricing, and promotions to customers, ensuring a positive buying experience.

6. Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.

7. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including customer interactions, sales orders, and inventory levels.

8. Collaborate with internal teams, including logistics and marketing, to optimize sales efforts and support overall business objectives.

9. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including safety regulations and product quality standards.

10. Represent the company professionally and uphold its reputation at all times.

**Requirements**:
1. Proven experience in sales, preferably in a similar role such as van sales, field sales, or direct sales.

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.

3. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities, with a focus on achieving sales targets.

4. Self-motivated and driven to succeed, with a proactive approach to sales activities.

5. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

6. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

7. High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or marketing are a plus.

8. Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.

Pay: AED2,000.00 per month
