**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Create and develop architectural designs, conceptual plans, renderings, and documents for various projects.
- Take the “brief” to identify clients’ needs (design requirements for new constructions, alterations, or repairs) and put together feasibility reports and design proposals. Communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and provide design solutions accordingly.
- Develop ideas and Providing suitable design recommendations to Client keeping in mind client’s needs, building’s usage and environmental impact - and Ensuring compliance with building codes, regulations, and zoning laws.
- Conduct site visits and surveys to gather information necessary for design development.
- Co-ordinate with other specialist Sub-Consultants for development of design in all stages of Design phase in Revit software on BIM Collaborate Pro.
- Produce detailed blueprints and make any necessary corrections (Reworking and modifying designs based on comments and reviews from management and clients).
- Produce detailed drawings, plans, and specifications using computer-aided design (BIM, Revit, CAD) software - and / or manual drawing techniques to produce architectural plans for client approval.
- Prepare architectural reports and progress narratives - from concept to detailed design.
- Independently able to prepare and develop all stages of design and working drawings. Produce complete and accurate drawings, including layouts, plans, elevations, sections, details, and schedules.
- Produce construction documents in Revit.
- Control project from start to finish to ensure high quality, innovative and functional design
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure design integrity and quality.
- Attend project meetings with external clients as well as internal team
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and budgets are adhered to.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new materials, and emerging technologies to incorporate into designs.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and project correspondence.
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals to ensure project success.
- Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelors degree in Architecture with minimum of 7-8 years of relevant designing experience with 3-5 years in the UAE experience with a design consulting firm.
- Proven experience as an Architectural Designer in residential, retail, commercial, mall, hotel and office projects.
- Proficient in BIM, Revit, BIM Collaborate Pro, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rendering in Lumion and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Ability to conceptualize and develop creative, elegant & efficient design solutions based on customer needs
- Experience with 3D modeling and rendering software or other formats that accurately and clearly depict the architectural design intent.
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles
- Excellent oral and written communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple design projects and deadlines
- Ability to work collaboratively with clients, engineers, and contractors
- Excellent understanding of specifications, Legal knowledge and Authority requirements.
- Very good understanding of building systems, construction materials / methods / techniques for new and existing structures
- Strong knowledge of all interior material and interface details
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office business solution (excel, word).
- Ability to review and comment properly on necessary documentation.
- Complete project understanding in given discipline, from start to completion.
- Good team player, proactive thinker, systemic and organized, innovative & problem solving.
- Efficient in time and task management.
