**Welder 6G & 6GR for SMAW,FCAW**

A leading company is looking to hire **Welder 6G & 6GR for SMAW,FCAW**
- Welds and assembles RO Plants and Oil & Gas projects.
- Perform 6G laser welding on various materials and components according to project specifications.
- To identify potential welding problems and work out the solution.
- Keep Engineer updated on work progress.
- To assist Engineer in welding quality issues and improvement.
- Ensure assigned daily work schedule and production target is achieved.
- To comply with all applicable quality, health, safety and environmental regulations.
- Performs all kinds of welding, brazing and cutting on any type or metal using tools commonly used in welding work.
- Plans layouts, constructs, installs, repairs and maintains all types of pipelines, fittings and fixtures as required in RO plant and Oil & Gas Fields.
- Reads and understands P & ID drawings and other package layout drawings to determine appropriate welding process.
- Weld metal materials to piping systems equipment using the appropriate welding procedure for the various equipment and metal types involved.
- To carry out such other duties & responsibilities as per Company required from time to time.
- Must have **ADNOC OR Aramco **Certification
- Set up and operate laser welding machines and equipment.
- Inspect welded parts for quality and accuracy, making necessary adjustments.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to safety protocols and guidelines.
- Ensure the efficient use of welding materials and consumables.

**Qualifications**:

- 3 + years of proven experience as a 6G and 6GR laser welding technician.
- All Welders shall be 6G & 6GR qualified. **Aramco and ADNOC **approved welders.
- Proficiency in operating 6G laser welding machines.
- Knowledge of welding materials and techniques.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently and meet project deadlines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
