Aftermarket Planner

**Job Summary**

As the Aftermarket Planner - CTN2, you will be responsible for all aspects of spare parts management including demand planning, order tracking, and service job planning across the MENA region. This role will be within the CTN2 Aftermarket organization and frequently interact with the Service, Sales, and Manufacturing teams to ensure that we are delivering industry best lead times on spare parts orders and service jobs.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Effectively plan and manage the local stocking levels required to support CT service growth
- Create and manage the Work Orders driving demand for all service jobs
- Monitor Work In Progress and prevent aged Work Orders
- Proactively manage the Work Order closure process ensuring correct information is always available within the ERP system
- Coordinate incoming supply components to align with customer service jobs and where needed Expedite critical material as required
- Provide input to accurate lead-times in support of the RFQ (request for quote) process
- Ensure all manufacturing data is accurate, including, manufacturing routings, hours booked to work orders, materials issued to jobs
- Ensure any BOM updates are understood and prioritized
- Maintain departmental capacity planning
- Identify materials with no demand and recommend disposition
- Comply with all NOV company and HSE procedures and policies
- Carry out other duties as and when business requirements dictate as may be reasonably expected by your supervisor

**Experience**:

- 3-5 years experience in Supply Chain, Operations, and/or Manufacturing Planning role.
- Experience in EPR, Oracle-based preferred.
- JAFZA experience preferred.
