**Overview of Position**

The Sales Manager is an contributor who supports and grows existing accounts, especially in the maritime sector for satellite communication industry. The role also focuses on developing new business opportunities by pursuing top line revenue growth in areas of strategic importance to Universal Satcom and working closely with all Universal Satcom Backoffice and technical functions to ensure contracts deliver product alignment, technical feasibility, and strategic business benefits.

**In This Role, You Will**
- Drive the entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement to closed sales for maritime sector.
- Prospect for potential customers using various direct methods such as calling and face to face meeting, and indirect methods such as networking.
- Consult with prospects about business challenges and requirements, as well as the range of options and cost benefit to each.
- Draft and deliver proposals.
- Report on sales activity
- Provide forecasts on best case and most likely sales volumes over relevant time.
- Provide feedback to Company management on market trends, competitive threats, unmet needs, and opportunities to deliver greater value to customers by extending company offerings.
- Build relationships with customers that support, renew and further penetrate existing accounts.

**What we need from you**:

- Degree holder in Business Management, Telecommunication, Computer Science or other related disciplines
- 5 years experience in telecom sales
- Maritime sales experience is a plus.
- A proven track record of consistently maintaining a robust sales pipeline that contributed to exceeding revenue forecasts.
- Must have business savvy, strong negotiation skills, and ability to close deals.
- Ability to solve practical problems.
- Must be action and results oriented, a team player, and adaptable.
- Able to think strategically.
- Arabic Speaker is a plus.
- VSAT experience is a plus.

**Salary**: From AED1.00 per month
