Polymer Trader

**1. Job Description**:
Conducting trades of polymer products (Import and export Polyethylene/ Polypropylene etc.), operations management, sourcing, supply chain, sales, product, and market development for Polymers. Description - Responsible for conducting trades of polymer products (Import and export Polyethylene/ Polypropylene etc.). customer acquisition, relationships and management, new business development, contract negotiations, new market penetrations, competitive analysis, market research and analysis, new product launches, key account management, strategic sales planning, operations management, and technical competence in polymers, packaging, pigments, and chemicals.
- Work closely with clients to support their needs and act as an intermediary between clients and vendors to ensure excellent customer experience
- Research and manage relevant market information and data
- With relevant data, to perform in-depth data analysis for reporting purposes
- Support business needs and ensure smooth operations flow by working seamlessly with internal stakeholders

3. Experience & Education
- Professional experience of 7+ yrs. in a trading firm or polymers/petrochemicals industry preferred. Has experience in operations management, procurement as a productivity and sourcing manager/leader for polymers.
- Bachelors/master’s degree in economics, Finance, or relevant field.
