**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage the entire construction process for roads and infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with project specifications, timelines, and budgets.
- Lead, direct, and supervise construction teams, subcontractors, and site staff to ensure efficient project execution.
- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and strategies, coordinating with all stakeholders to achieve project milestones.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions to ensure smooth and timely project delivery.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards, conducting regular site inspections and audits.
- Manage project budgets, resources, and materials, ensuring optimal utilization and cost control.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities to provide project updates and ensure compliance with local regulations and standards.
- Prepare and submit regular progress reports to senior management, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and solutions.
- Lead contract negotiations and manage variations, claims, and other contractual matters with clients and subcontractors.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in managing road and infrastructure projects in the UAE.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale road and infrastructure projects within budget and on time.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams to achieve project goals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- In-depth knowledge of UAE construction regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project) and other relevant tools.

**Preferred Skills**:

- PMP or equivalent project management certification.
- Strong understanding of FIDIC and other construction contract standards.
- Experience in stakeholder management and liaising with government entities.
