**Main Duties**:

- Maintains constant surveillance of patrons in the facility
- Recognize and respond effectively in emergencies
- Enforce all aquatic facility policies, rules, and regulations
- Inspect the facility on a daily schedule and report any unsafe conditions
- Complete records and reports
- Exercise regularly to maintain fitness level (strength and endurance)
- Provides emergency care and treatment as required until the arrival of emergency medical services
- Presents professional appearance and attitude at all times, and maintains a high standard of customer service
- Performs various maintenance duties as directed to maintain a clean and safe facility
- Knowledge of customer service standards and procedures.
- Carry out effective swimming lessons
- Great guests at the poolside and make them feel welcome and comfortable

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
