**Job Summary**:
As a Plastic Surgeon at Dr Nasma Salah Medical Centre, you will be a crucial member of our esteemed medical team. You will be responsible for providing specialized plastic surgery procedures to our patients, contributing to their well-being and enhanced quality of life. This role requires expertise in a wide range of surgical techniques and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of patient safety and care.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct consultations with patients to understand their surgical goals and discuss potential procedures.
- Perform various plastic surgery procedures, including but not limited to reconstructive surgeries, cosmetic procedures, and corrective surgeries.
- Assess patient's medical histories, perform physical examinations, and order necessary diagnostic tests.
- Develop personalized treatment plans in patient consultation, ensuring clear communication and managing expectations.
- Collaborate with the anesthesiology team to determine appropriate anaesthesia methods for each procedure.
- Perform surgical procedures in a hospital setting for cases requiring general anaesthesia.
- Adhere to ethical and professional standards, ensuring patient confidentiality and privacy.
- Stay updated with advancements in plastic surgery techniques, technologies, and best practices.
- Participate in continuous medical education, conferences, and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge.

**Qualifications**:

- Medical degree from a recognized institution.
- Board-certified in Plastic Surgery.
- Valid and active medical license from the Dubai Health Authority.
- Proven experience in plastic surgery with a successful track record of performing various procedures.
- Strong knowledge of surgical techniques, safety protocols, and post-operative care.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to establish rapport with patients.

**Compensation**:
This position operates on a percentage-based contract. Full-time commitment is required.
