**Job Role**:
Yard In-charge is responsible for coordinating general yard operations and activities including shipping and receiving deliveries, conducting stock checks, documenting Yard transactions and records, and storage of inventory. (Car Rental experience is plus)

**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE ROLE**
- Ensures that the company procedures and control of assets, records, and securities are performed.
- Preparations & Validation of the physical inventory with the system.
- Receive, pull stock, store, and maintain the stock in yard as per the status wise.
- Communicates with customers, other departments / concern employee to clear the pending cases to achieve the target.
- Assist the coordinators & helpers to resolve the challenges.
- Responsible for all the transactions in the yard such as on hire, replacement, custody, off hire, pushing the bikes to pending Hayaza, push & pull etc with the standard quality within the timeline.
- Examine the cleanliness of the yard and do the arrangements to clean & dispose of the unwanted items.
- Responsible to control Coordinators, Helpers and equipment’s in yard.
- Preparation & submission of order request on time.
- Preserve records and prepare related daily reports.
- The competencies required to undertake this role and the level at which performance would be assessed as being satisfactory are:
**QUALIFICATIONS**

Higher Secondary, Diploma or Bachelors Degree

**PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE**

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a related field.

**SKILLS/ TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED FOR THIS ROLE**:

- Should be fit to perform physical tasks such as inspection of Bikes for the validation.
- Can plan, organize, multi-task, and work cooperatively with others and flexible.
- Should be able to perform well in MS office.

**Salary**: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
