Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Administrative /Receptionist to join our dynamic team at Black Hills Homes Properties. As the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office.

**Responsibilities**:

- Reception Duties:

- Welcome clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls promptly.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
- Handle inquiries and provide accurate information about the company's services.

**Administrative Support**:

- Assist real estate agents and brokers with administrative tasks such as preparing and formatting documents, presentations, and spreadsheets.
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and property showings for clients and real estate professionals.
- Manage and organize office files, documents, and databases both in physical and digital formats.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree.
- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of real estate terminology, practices, and transaction processes is a plus.
