Junior Microbiologist

1. Have the ability to perform quality control tests at specified intervals during production hours.

Basic Product Tests include - Moisture, Purity, Oil content, FFA, Oil Content.

Water tests include - pH, Conductivity, TDS, TSS, Turbidity, COD, BOD.

2. Be able to check the accuracy of testing equipment on a regular basis.

3. Be involved in implementation of HACCP/ISO22000/BRCGS.

4. Be able to collect samples and prepare Media for tests.

5. Be able to perform Antibiotic Sesitivity Test.

6. Be able to Isolate and identify Bacteria and Fungus.

7. Be familiar with Biochemical testing.

Education Requirements B.S. in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biology/Microbiology, Food Technology or Science related courses.

Experience - At least 2 years experience in food/pharma industry. Freshers can also be considered based on knowledge and aptitude.

**Salary**: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
