**Responsibilities**:
**Global Market Analysis**:

- Conduct thorough global market research to identify trends, demands, and potential clients in the international machinery spare parts trade.
- Analyze and assess competitor activities and market dynamics to inform strategic business development plans.

**Lead Generation and Client Acquisition**:

- Develop and execute effective strategies for generating high-quality international B2B leads within the machinery spare parts sector.
- Drive the acquisition of new international B2B clients through proactive outreach, networking, and relationship building.

**Relationship Management**:

- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential international clients.
- Understand clients' needs and propose tailored solutions to meet their requirements.

**Market Entry and Expansion**:

- Evaluate and identify new markets for market entry and expansion, considering regional nuances and opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish a strong presence in new international markets.

**Sales Presentations and Negotiation**:

- Conduct compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value proposition to international clients.
- Lead negotiations and finalize contracts with international clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.

**Cross-Functional Collaboration**:

- Work collaboratively with internal teams, including procurement, logistics, and marketing, to ensure seamless international operations.
- Provide feedback on market trends and client needs to enhance product/service offerings.

**Sales Reporting and Forecasting**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of international sales activities.
- Provide regular reports and sales forecasts to the management team.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven 4 years of experience as a B2B Business Development Executive within the international machinery spare parts trade or a related industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a relevant field.
- Strong understanding of machinery spare parts and the global trade landscape.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated success in achieving international sales targets and building lasting client relationships.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a globally distributed team.
- Proficient in CRM software and other business development tools.
