Job Functions:
1. Prospects for, follows-up with, presents to, and services buyers and sellers. This results in effective conversion rates for leads into appointments, appointments into buyer or listing agreements, and the buyer or listing agreements into accepted purchase contracts.
2. Develops expert knowledge regarding mortgage financing, the neighborhoods, schools, and all issues regarding homeownership.
3. Responsible for identifying, contacting, and obtaining appointments with For Sale By Owners and Expired Listings, maintaining consistent lead follow-up until the prospect lists or decides not to sell.
4. Provides high-level fiduciary advice on pricing strategies, staging properties for sale, and coordinates a time-efficient home search process.
5. Develops expert knowledge regarding local market conditions and pricing trends.
6. Consults with clients to ensure fiduciary service of the Real Estate transaction from initial contact through contract to close.
7. Effectively negotiates for all buyer clients or sellers.
8. Evaluates showing feedback and re-evaluate pricing as needed.

**Requirements**:
Minimum 1-2 sales experience preferred in UAE Real Estate Market.

Excellent English skills are mandatory (Read / Writing/Speak)

UAE Driving License and own car is mandatory.

RERA Certified preferred.
