- Skillfully design and assemble fresh flower arrangements according to customer specifications and shop standards.

2. **Order Processing**:

- Efficiently manage and process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

3. **Inventory Management**:

- Monitor and maintain inventory levels of flowers and supplies, placing orders as needed to meet demand.

4. **Quality Control**:

- Uphold the highest standards of quality control for all floral products, ensuring they meet our exacting standards.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in floral design, demonstrated through a comprehensive portfolio.
- In-depth knowledge of various flower types, their characteristics, and care requirements.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Exceptional attention to detail and precision in executing floral designs.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
