- 3 to 5 years’ experience in Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud full time to maintain, support and enhance the existing Salesforce system as well as for daily support

**Job Responsibilities and Skills Required**
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Salesforce implementation of Sales and Service Cloud
- Strong business analysis and functional experience, including requirements gathering, creating solutions, and/or deploying solutions to end users.
- Experience in CRM process design and implementation
- Experience working in atleast 1 Real Estate implementation of Salesforce
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, Flows, Custom Objects and other Salesforce development tools.
- Experience writing Apex classes and triggers.
- Experience in Salesforce administration
- Experience in Lead to Sales and Case Management process cycle
- Understanding of and experience with Salesforce architecture and API.
- Proven experience as a Salesforce developer, including a strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, its architecture, and its limitations.
- Salesforce developer certifications, such as Platform Developer I and II, are highly desirable.
- Experience in configuration, development and customization on Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud
- Experience in setting up Omnichannel in Salesforce
- Working knowledge and experience with complex business systems integration as well as object-oriented design patterns and development
- Knowledge of web development technologies, such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Collaborating with business analysts and project managers to gather and analyze requirements
- Creating and maintaining technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user guides.
- Ensuring the quality and performance of Salesforce solutions through rigorous testing and debugging.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest Salesforce technologies, best practices, and industry trends.
- A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
