**Job Title**: UI/UX Designer
**Location**: Abu Dhabi

**Responsibilities**:

- Designing and creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces that communicate design concepts and user interactions.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other stakeholders, to ensure designs meet project requirements and align with business goals.
- Developing design systems and style guides that ensure consistency and quality across all digital platforms.
- Staying updated with the latest design trends, technologies, and techniques to keep designs current and effective.
- Conducting user research, usability testing, and user analysis to inform design decisions and improve the user experience.
- Advocating for a user-centered design approach and incorporating user feedback into designs.
- Ensuring designs are accessible, inclusive, and comply with industry standards and best practices.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- **Educational Requirements**: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 2-5 years of experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills.
- **Skills and Competencies**:

- Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and InVision.
- Strong understanding of UX principles, user research techniques, and the design process.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills for working with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS) is a plus.

**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**:

- **User Engagement Metrics**: Assessing how well the design drives engagement (e.g., time spent on site, bounce rate).
- **Conversion Metrics**: Evaluating the impact of the design on key user actions (e.g., conversion rate, form completion).
- **Usability Metrics**: Measuring the effectiveness of the design in terms of usability (e.g., task success rate, error rate).
- **Design Quality Metrics**: Evaluating the design for visual appeal, consistency, and clarity.
- **User Satisfaction Metrics**: Gathering user feedback through NPS, CSAT, and UX scores.
- **Project Delivery Metrics**: Assessing adherence to project timelines and budgets.
