**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Facial Treatments**: Perform a variety of facial treatments, including deep cleansing facials, exfoliation, masks, peels, microdermabrasion, and anti-aging facials, based on client needs and skin types.
- **Skin Analysis**: Evaluate clients' skin conditions and recommend appropriate treatments tailored to individual needs.
- **Product Recommendations**: Advise clients on at-home skincare routines and recommend professional products to maintain or enhance their results.
- **Customer Service**: Provide excellent customer service by creating a welcoming, comfortable, and relaxing environment for clients during their facial treatments.
- **Client Consultation**: Conduct thorough consultations with clients to discuss their skincare concerns, health history, and desired outcomes.
- **Skin Care Education**: Educate clients about proper skin care, including daily routines, sun protection, and how to maintain healthy skin.
- **Maintain Cleanliness & Hygiene**: Ensure all tools, equipment, and work areas are sanitized and comply with state health regulations and salon policies. Keep treatment rooms neat, clean, and well-stocked.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate client records, including treatment history, product usage, and any changes in skin conditions.
- **Retail Sales**: Promote and sell skincare products and services, encouraging retail sales to help clients maintain their skincare regimen.
- **Ongoing Education**: Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and advancements in skincare, and incorporate new techniques into treatments as appropriate.
- **Client Retention**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring they return for regular treatments by delivering exceptional results and customer care.

**Qualifications & Skills: Education & Experience**:

- **Education**: A formal certification in esthetics, cosmetology, or a related field is mandatory.
- **Experience**: Proven experience as a facialist or esthetician in a salon, spa, or similar setting, with a minimum of 2 years in performing facials and skincare treatments. Experience with advanced treatments (e.g., chemical peels, microdermabrasion) is a plus.
