**QUALITY CONTROL AGENT**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Quality Assurance Agent (Arabic Speaker) to work in a Medical Centre in Sharjah.

**Responsibilities**:

- Verifying and inspecting patient’s file to meet up the MOH standards and sending it to the Riayati.
- Performing inspection for services and procedures that done at DMC and comply with quality assurance (check lists) during all stages of treatment starting from the Consultation visit until reaching the goal plan.
- Identifying defects and generating quality reports as well as nonconformance reports for all defectives and reporting it to the healthcare providers for their appropriate intervention regarding the CPT and ICD codes.
- Providing guidance to the medical entry/data entry team and timely intervention.
- Interfacing and coordinating with the Insurance department and the head of the medical departments.

**Requirement**:

- 3 years of Experience in a Healthcare facility
- Must be located in the UAE
- Excellent MS Office skills
- Immediately available preferred

**Education**:

- A Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) without license

**Language**:

- Arabic Language (required), English (required)
