For our Dubai base project we are currently looking to engage a **Solution Architect with experience in Infor M3** (on premise V13.4 and cloud) ERP with the following
- Industry knowledge in a specific industry area like automotive, consumer goods and services, industrial (equipment and constructions)
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in architecting, developing, and deploying large scale solutions using Infor M3
- At least 5 years’ track record in technical solutions implementation, architecture design, evaluation, and investigation in a cloud environment
- Deep Knowledge of Infor M3 functionality

The resource, once inserted, will work on the ERP Infor M3, within the specific module,

and will be involved in mapping projects of business processes, drafting of procedures, gap analysis and integration of information systems.

The figure we are looking for should have responsibilities listed below:

- Conduct design, develop, implement and maintain complex product modules/sub-systems.
- Perform moderate to complex product design activities that require extensive research and analysis with excellent reasoning/logical/analytical skills.
- Engage in product design, support meetings with internal teams and customers.
- Coordinate in bug verification, release testing and beta support for assigned products.
- Provide review and quality assurance for technical specifications together with troubleshooting and technical issue management
- Research problems discovered by customer or product support and develop optimized solutions to the problems.
- Coordinate unit testing, integration testing for every development.
- Make sure you follow all the metrics in delivering the best quality product.
- Follow the processes defined at organization/department level.
- Document all the development work in detail as per the process guidelines.

We are looking for someone that can:

- Coordinate the Team to identify the correct solutions for Customer needs
- Communicate effectively, fluently in written/oral with good interpersonal skills as a team player to all various stakeholders
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Great Attention to details and accuracy
- Time flexibility as the project is based out of Italy
- Critical thinking and passion for learning.
- Deep Knowledge in Infor M3
