**Secretary to CFO**
The role requires an individual with strong attention to detail along with excellent organizational and communication skills.
Accounts/Financial Background (Accounting experience in previous position) preferred.
command of English in both oral and writing combined with high degree of accuracy and attention-to-detail.
Positive attitude with a minimum need of supervision.
Duties Include:
Organize the schedule meetings, conference calls and appointments and handle administrative side of conferences, seminars etc.
Prepare Meeting presentation & arrangements (including agenda, taking minutes, distributing relevant documents to the meeting attendees, etc.)
Assist in the processing and completion of expense reports.
Maintain a secure and up-to-date filing system, ensuring total confidentiality for sensitive information
Obtain and Follow up on CFO reports from the countries
Handle all administrative work related to the Office.
Execute special projects as assigned.
**Salary**: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
